“UzAssets” JSC engages in strategic dialogue with the World Bank in Uzbekistan
Meeting with the leadership of «Uzbekistan Airports» JSC
On March 28 of this year, a meeting was held at “UzAssets” JSC with representatives of “Uzbekistan Airports” JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
At the meeting, the current state of transformation processes in the Company was discussed, particularly regarding the work done on the project “Expectations of Shareholders” prepared by “UzAssets” JSC.
During the negotiations, the management and responsible specialists of the Company provided additional clarifications on issues that arose during the preparation of transformation project passports, the expectations of the Shareholder, and the “Road Map of Comprehensive Transformation Activities.
It was also recommended to consider the preparation of documents as a transformation program and, at the same time, to pay special attention when financing projects to their implementation deadlines and compliance with their expected cost-effective results.
