“Kibray sharob SEE” LLC started its activities in 1944 with the production of alcoholic beverages, it was transformed into a limited liability company “Scientific and experimental enterprise Kibray sharob research institute of horticulture, viticulture and winemaking named after academician Mahmoud Mirzaev” (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise) in 2020.

In order to further realization 100 percent of stake from the authorized capital of “Kibray sharob SEE” LLC was transferred to the authorized capital of Investment Company “UzAssets” JSC under the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The total area of the enterprise is 2.9 hectares, the total building area is 9 680 square meters, and in Kibray district of Tashkent region there are vineyards on an area of 22.7 hectares.

The enterprise permanently employs 196 people.

The company has a 78-year history of producing grape wine and spirits.

Since January 4, 2021, the company operates under licenses for the production of two vodkas, distillery products and wine materials.

The company has production lines which imported from Italy, China and Hungary and the production capacity is 600 thousand decaliters per year. In 2021 the capacity utilization was 312 thousand decaliters.

Currently, the company produces 18 types of vodka and liquor products, including 15 types of vodka (the most popular products are “Talka”, “Forti”, “Senator”, “New Tashkent”), 3 types (“French Standard”, “Black Stork”, “Alexandria”) of liquor products.

Share of the enterprise in vodka and liqueur-vodka market of Uzbekistan was 3 percent and net profit was 44.2 billion soums in 2021.
