Best Practices&#8221; was held, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in collaboration with STJ Advisors and FinAsia.<\/p><p>The event was attended by the Chairman of the management Board of UzAssets, Mr. B. Abdinazarov. In his speech, Mr. Abdinazarov emphasized the importance of large state-owned enterprises entering international capital markets, highlighting the need for early and systematic preparation, including the development of a transparent investment track record.<\/p><p>The seminar participants discussed key stages of the IPO process \u2014 from developing the investment story to working with the banking syndicate and investors.<\/p><p>Special attention was paid to the importance of preparing the equity story before engaging with banks to ensure consistency and manageability of communications.<\/p><p>Experts from STJ Advisors shared international experience in preparing for listings, including aspects of market positioning, deal structure, and adaptation to current market conditions.<\/p><p>Participants noted the relevance of the seminar in light of the ongoing efforts to transform large companies and enhance the transparency of state-owned enterprises to attract
