to improve operational efficiency and transparency, as well as the stages of preparing certain assets for initial public offerings (IPOs).<\/p><p>Particular attention was given to creating conditions that meet investor expectations and aligning corporate governance in state-owned companies with international standards.<\/p><p>The parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in capital markets, investment financing, and enhancing engagement with global institutional investors.<\/p><p>One of the key topics was the involvement of foreign investors in the transformation of Uzbekistan\u2019s state-owned enterprises, including the potential entry of certain issuers into international capital markets and preparation for privatization
