A working meeting was held at «UzAssets» JSC with representatives of Société Générale, headed by Teyba Guliyeva, Head of the CIS region. During the meeting, current projects and prospective areas of future cooperation were discussed.

During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on the implementation of investment programs in the energy sector, oil and gas and power infrastructure, mining and metallurgical industry, chemical industry, transport, and aviation sectors.

Special attention was given to infrastructure modernization, implementation of public-private partnership projects, and support for company transformation and efficiency improvement programs.

The parties also explored opportunities for attracting international financing using various instruments, including structured deals, export-credit mechanisms, project and corporate financing, as well as potential access of enterprises to international capital markets. Approaches to strengthening corporate credit profiles, preparing for bond issuance, and applying sustainable and “green” financing instruments were also discussed.
