Participation of a Representative of JSC “UzAssets” in the Third International Conference of the EGED Program
Meeting with Synergy Consulting
On August 22, 2025, UzAssets held a meeting with representatives of the international consulting company Synergy Consulting. The main topic of discussion was the prospects for cooperation in supporting the privatization processes in Uzbekistan.
For reference: Synergy is an international consulting company specializing in financial and strategic advisory services in the energy, infrastructure, and public-private partnership (PPP) sectors. The company has implemented projects in over 115 countries and facilitated the attraction of more than $100 billion in investments.
During the meeting, the parties discussed potential areas of cooperation and possible joint projects related to the transformation of state-owned enterprises and the implementation of the privatization strategy.
Synergy Consulting representatives shared their experience in supporting similar processes in other countries, including successful cases in the energy, infrastructure, and large-scale asset privatization sectors in the Middle East and Asia.
Special attention was given to opportunities for deal structuring, attracting strategic and institutional investors, as well as ensuring transparency and efficiency in privatization processes.
The UzAssets management emphasized the importance of engaging international experts to enhance the effectiveness of reforms, ensure transparency, and strengthen investor confidence. In this regard, both parties expressed their interest in further cooperation.
