On December 4, 2025, UzAssets JSC held a meeting with a delegation of the international investment company Cerberus Frontier, led by the company’s Managing Director, Mikheil Niblaze.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation within projects aimed at transforming and developing Uzbekistan’s largest state-owned enterprises, including initiatives in the telecommunications sector.

The management of UzAssets JSC presented information on the ongoing work related to the transformation of major state-owned companies, including obtaining international credit ratings, introducing modern corporate governance standards, expanding the role of independent members of supervisory boards, transitioning to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and improving the quality of information disclosure.

The parties also discussed issues related to preparing state-owned enterprises for IPOs on international stock exchanges, developing equity financing, and involving international investors in privatization processes.
