UzAssets JSC holds a seminar on managing conflicts of interest
On August 20, 2025, UzAssets JSC organized a seminar dedicated to the content and practical application of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Conflict of Interest.” Employees from all departments and divisions of the Company took part.
For reference: The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Conflict of Interest” was adopted on June 5, 2024 (No. LRU-931) and entered into force on December 6, 2024. The Law is aimed at directly regulating relations related to conflicts of interest.
During the seminar, employees received detailed information on the provisions of the Law “On Conflict of Interest,” along with practical recommendations on complying with established requirements and preventing potential violations.
At the end of the seminar, participants were given additional explanations on practical mechanisms in this area and on employees’ responsibilities, as well as further guidance on adhering to the requirements and preventing conflicts of interest in the workplace.
