In February of this year, representatives of «UzAssets» JSC visited the “Almalyk MMC” JSC. This visit was organized to ensure the implementation of priority tasks defined in the approved transformation program, in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 18, 2025, No. О-59 “On Measures to Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency at State Enterprises” and taking into account the shareholder expectations for 2026.

During the meeting, «Almalyk MMC» JSC presented updates on ongoing digitalization processes, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, and the improvement of budgeting mechanisms.

In addition, production programs, financial management systems, and the integration of existing information systems with the “Unified Transformation Platform” were discussed in detail. Within the framework of the transformation program, the implementation of the “Unified Treasury” information system and the electronic “Financial Model” application at the enterprise was also considered.
