Participation of a Representative of JSC “UzAssets” in the Third International Conference of the EGED Program
Meeting with the Asian Development Bank mission
On September 15, 2025, a meeting was held at JSC «UzAssets» with representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as part of the Financial Management Advisory mission taking place in Uzbekistan from September 11 to 17.
The meeting focused particularly on projects implemented by large state-owned companies of Uzbekistan. Discussions covered issues related to financial and audited reporting, compliance with financial covenants, and ensuring the financial sustainability of ongoing projects.
JSC «UzAssets» presented the key tasks and priority areas within the transformation of state-owned enterprises aimed at enhancing transparency, improving management efficiency, and increasing investment attractiveness.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties expressed their readiness to continue constructive cooperation with the ADB on the transformation of state enterprises to enhance transparency and improve project implementation efficiency.
