On December 24, 2025, «UzAssets» JSC organized the «ESG Strategy Review» event. The purpose of the event was to evaluate the performance of the ESG function in large state-owned companies for 2025, define strategic priorities for 2026, and discuss the transformation of state enterprises.

The event was attended by ESG specialists, sustainable development experts, and heads of transformation offices of major state-owned companies in Uzbekistan. In addition, specialists from «Uzbekneftegaz» JSC and “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” JSC shared their practical experience in implementing ESG projects.

During the meeting, the performance of the ESG function in state-owned companies for 2025 was presented, achievements were reviewed, and issues related to the transition to new ESG reporting standards under IFRS SDS as well as the development of corporate climate profiles were discussed.

As a result of the measures being implemented, companies will be able to improve their ESG ratings, facilitating effective engagement with potential investors and international capital markets.
