In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the fight against corruption is carried out at the level of state policy. The necessary legal and institutional frameworks have been established in this regard. In particular, the Law “On Combating Corruption” has been adopted, and the National Anti-Corruption Council and the Anti-Corruption Agency are functioning.

On March 5, 2025, an extended meeting of the National Anti-Corruption Council was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh. Mirziyoyev. The meeting emphasized that corruption is one of the main obstacles to reforms and has a negative impact on trust in state institutions and sustainable development.

In order to implement these tasks, on April 21, 2025, the Presidential Resolution No. PR-147 “On measures to ensure the independence of internal
anti-corruption control units of state bodies and organizations and to increase the effectiveness of their activities” was adopted. This resolution defines the responsibilities of state bodies and organizations in combating and preventing corruption.

The Company complies with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation in its activities and cooperates with authorized state bodies. Currently, the Company has adopted an Anti-Corruption Policy, Code of Ethics, Regulation on Conflict of Interest Management, and other internal documents. The Company’s activities are organized based on the principles of integrity, transparency, and the rule of law.

Anti-corruption efforts in the Company are systematically organized, and the active participation of each employee is of great importance. Every employee must perform their duties responsibly, honestly, and conscientiously, and contribute to the prevention of corruption.
