On March 26 of this year, a meeting was held at “UzAssets” JSC with representatives of “Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company” JSC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company’s”).

At the meeting, they discussed the Company’s comprehensive transformation program for 2024 and the projects included in it, based on the tasks specified in the Shareholders’ Expectations.

The main emphasis was placed on the compliance of projects with the overall goals of transformation and the results expected from them. Mechanisms, deadlines and a list of those responsible for the implementation of each project were also outlined.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on the implementation of further plans on other pressing issues of the Company in the field of transformation processes.
