On March 6, 2025, the management of «UzAssets» JSC held a working meeting with Aymeric Arnaud Head of the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and CIS regions at «Société Générale», and Teiba Guliyeva, Head of the CIS region.  

During the meeting, the parties discussed key aspects of cooperation in working with international capital markets, as well as the strategic planning of attracting financing for major state-owned companies in Uzbekistan.  

Particular attention was given to enhancing the investment attractiveness of national assets, diversifying sources of financing, and implementing advanced practices for managing debt burdens.  

Representatives of «Société Générale» emphasized their willingness to provide expert support in structuring financial instruments, which will help optimize access to international investments and increase trust from global investors.  

Additionally, the importance of participation by leading international financial institutions in sustainable development and state-owned enterprise transformation projects was highlighted, as it contributes to strengthening financial stability and long-term economic growth.  

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their interest in further developing cooperation and continuing the dialogue on attracting international capital to implement Uzbekistan’s strategic initiatives.
