Meeting with Finvizier Consultancies
On June 10, 2025, a meeting was held at JSC “UzAssets” with representatives of the international consulting company Finvizier Consultancies.
For reference: Finvizier Consultancies is a consulting company registered in Dubai (UAE). Its team includes highly qualified specialists with experience at leading international consulting firms, rating agencies, and investment banks.
The representatives of Finvizier Consultancies presented case studies of their comprehensive work, including aspects of investment profiling and the implementation of ESG approaches. They also shared information about the company’s activities in Uzbekistan.
The management of JSC “UzAssets” emphasized the importance of integrating sustainable development principles into the operations of state-owned enterprises to ensure compliance with international standards.
During the meeting, key trends in the field of ESG and prospects for implementing these standards in Uzbekistan’s state-owned enterprises were discussed.
Relevant issues faced by Uzbek state-owned companies in the process of introducing ESG principles were also raised. Discussions also covered aligning the activities of state-owned enterprises with international standards and the requirements of institutional investors.
The parties discussed successful examples of adapting international management models to local business environments, as well as effective tools for the sustainable implementation of reforms.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue cooperation aimed at supporting the transformation processes in Uzbekistan’s state-owned enterprises.
